The Boston School Committee voted in favor Wednesday of a policy to push back the start time for high school students. The vote was unanimous. The vote was unanimous.  Starting for the 2018-2019 school year, high school students will start after 8 a.m. each day.  In addition, committee members voted to push up start times for younger students in the city, whom will be dismissed earlier, by 4 p.m. everyday.  There are 125 public schools in Boston, with start times currently varied from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. The vote by committee members...
